Blu Echo offers three types of business services rate plans: on-call, contract or project based.

Our on-call services are billed at an hourly rate of $95 with a one-hour minimum charge and are rounded up to the nearest quarter hour.

Contract rates are negotiable and determined by the number of workstations and the minimum number of guaranteed hours per week.

Project rates are applicable for services such as network installation where there is a defined scope and agreement for completion of the installation. Please contact us for additional information or to schedule an appointment.

Blu Echo is able to offer a lower $65 per-hour rate to our residential customers, as the types of issues experienced are generally far less complex than in a multi-workstation business. Some of the most common services and their flat-rate prices are listed in the following chart:
